Step 1: Online Application

Apply through our website, LinkedIn or HandShake

Step 2: Assessment Test

Once you are onboarded in the recruitment process and agree with all terms, you will be invited to take an online test with materials for preparation

Step 3: Interview with a TDP Microsoft Certified Trainer

Once you have approved the online assessment you will have a technical interview with one of our trainers, and you will have materials and mock interview prior to challenge your knowledge and make

Step 4: 10-Day Trial Period

A focused 10-day trial — intensive, commitment-driven, and built to confirm the right fit.

Step 5: Final Selection and Offer

Successful candidates receive an offer to join the TDP Program.

Note: If you are not physically located in the U.S., you are not eligible for TDP. Please do not apply if you reside in a different country.





Note: All TDP Participants must complete virtual training as part of the program requirements.

Please submit your resume / CV in English. Your education status and any previous programming experience should be clearly indicated. If you have other materials that you believe would support your application for TDP (such as a cover letter or transcript), you may include up to two additional documents. Accepted file types are .doc, .docx, and .pdf. Upload size is limited to 32MB.
