Event Overview
We aren’t merely a training company. This is distinct. The first 10 days of the TDP Program are an orientation time to experience our real-world tech consulting environment. This time is given to you and the company to see if it is a good fit for both. The company will understand the commitment you have with us during this time before giving you the official agreement to be hire as our intern. Evaluate our culture, our technical standards, and our team dynamics while we evaluate your potential.
What you will learn
The 10-Day Trial is an immersive sprint designed to simulate the day-to-day reality of a technology consultant at PCSGT. During these two weeks, you will transition from a student mindset into our active ecosystem. You will attend daily engineering stand-ups, collaborate directly with senior mentors, and tackle real-time technical challenges, allowing you to validate firsthand if our platform is the right launchpad for your tech career.
Event Requirements
- Basic or academic knowledge in data structures, programming logic, and the fundamentals of relational databases (SQL).
- Ability to communicate clearly, drive proactivity, and collaborate effectively across diverse, cross-cultural teams.
- Access to a high-performance workstation and a stable, high-speed internet connection to integrate seamlessly with our development and communication tools.
