PROGRAM OVERVIEW
TDP offers participants the opportunity to gain focused skills in high-demand business intelligence technologies – the exact technologies that are used by our Fortune 500 clients.
The Talent Development Program (TDP), offered by PCS Global Tech, is a premier trainee-to-hire initiative designed for STEM graduates looking to break into the tech industry. As the training arm of CCS Global Tech, our program leverages decades of expertise in business intelligence to address the growing market demand for niche technical skills. By utilizing an accelerated learning model, we dramatically reduce the time it takes for participants to master cutting-edge technologies, placing them on an elevated career trajectory while expanding our global network of professional consultants.
The journey begins with a 10-day trial period, followed by a 2-and-a-half-month intensive internship led by Microsoft Certified professionals with over 40 years of combined industry experience. Throughout this hands-on phase, students are guided through real-world scenarios derived from actual client projects, ensuring they understand how theoretical concepts are applied in practice. This technical foundation is further strengthened by personalized coaching in soft skills, interview preparation, and professional etiquette, transforming participants into well-rounded candidates ready for the modern workforce.
Beyond the classroom, our dedicated team of recruiters, marketers, and HR experts works closely with each individual to refine their competitive edge. Upon successful completion of the program, TDP graduates are placed as consultants on advanced projects at various client sites. When you join TDP, you aren’t just starting a job; you are joining a global family of over 1,000 consultants who provide a lifelong network of mentorship and support.
